Chennai outskirts hit by floods
Heavy rainfall in recent days has caused flooding in many sub-urban areas surrounding Chennai. The worst hit areas are Velacherry where Local Administration Minister MK Stalin has a house and Thousand Lights area, the minister's constituency.
