It was deja vu 2015 again for many residents in Chennai today as many areas and roads in the city were flooded after about 24 hours of heavy to moderate rain. Several people were stranded while mny opened their homes to those in need. Schools and colleges are shut and Chennai waits. Will its residents struggle as heavy rain is forecast for the next 24 hours? The question is why has this happened again? After the 2015 floods, has the government done enough?
