Chennai is all set to become a world-class city by 2026. In a vision for the next 18 years, the city has a new master plan and for the first time, the restriction on its vertical growth has been lifted. Chennai's skyline is all set to change. The Tamil Nadu government is finally trying to give the city's vertical growth a big push.
