Chennai top cop moved after college brawl
One of the country's oldest Law Colleges in Chennai witnessed a violent caste clash on the campus on Wednesday. The police arrived well on time and in sufficient strength. But they chose to watch the violence just a few feet away and did nothing to separate the warring students.
