Chhattisgarh's Naxal rehabilitation programme: The ground reality
In this special report, we take a look at the Naxal rehabilitation programme run by the Chhattisgarh government and why it's not been too successful so far. NDTV finds that of the 78 surrenders Naxals, only 50 per cent have been rehabilitated so far. Until this issue is resolved the administration cannot win the confidence of other Naxals and convince them to surrender.
