Chhattisgarh Sees 23% Voters' Turnout, Mizoram 31% Till 11 am
Voting is underway in all 40 seats in Mizoram and 20 in Chhattisgarh as the elections to five state assemblies begin today, marking a virtual semi-final ahead of next year's national elections. Twelve of the seats voting today in the first phase in Chhattisgarh are in the Maoist-hit Bastar region.
