Child begging continues in Mumbai
Mumbai's streets are a beggars paradise. There are more than 10,000 beggars in the city and at least 50 percent of them children. Many are rescued but find their way back on the streets. Ruhi Khan visit the government's rehabilitation home for such children in Dongri which has now formulated a unique plan to make a parent pay if their child is found begging.
