Child labour haunts Bihar village
A forward looking legislation banning child labour is on the anvil but lack of any social security net is the reason why efforts to ban the social evil, seem to be getting nowhere. It is a beast of burden in a country that spends millions on eradicating child labour, but where poverty is the last word.
