On video, the audacity of the attack is difficult to miss. A man who hands Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal a letter outside his office, swoops down to touch his feet, gets up and tries to smear chilli powder on his face. The incident happened right inside one of the capital city's most protected buildings today, the Delhi Secretariat. The Aam Aadmi Party has squarely blamed the Delhi Police as well as the BJP. The police have taken the suspect into custody. They have said that the man had a valid pass. On Trending @ 10, we ask whether this was a major security lapse by the Delhi Police.
