Chinese Premier Li Keqiang meets Dr Kotnis' family in Mumbai
Dr Kotnis volunteered as a field surgeon in the 1939 in the China Japan war. The premier spent nearly half an hour in Dr Kotnis' house and even called him a symbol of Indo-China relations.
