Cinemas to air anti-ragging ad films

Starting this Friday, a 30-second film warning students to refrain from ragging freshers will be aired in the cinemas. With admissions now almost wrapping up and the new term at Delhi University ready to begin, the government is launching a new advertisement campaign saying - follow the rules and know that you're being watched on campus.
