Civic body hires call centre services

The Ulhasnagar civic body has become the first one in the country to hire the services of a call centre to attend to citizens' complaints. Squalour and illegal constructions are things that Ulhasnagar's 13 sq kilometre township is identified with. But the Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation has taken a first of its kind measure to better the things.
