CJI for tough anti-terror laws

On the day the Lok Sabha passed a bill to create a new National Investigation Agency to fight terror, the Chief Justice of India K G Balakrishnan has said that India needs tough anti terror laws like those in America and the UK. Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan did have words of caution though, saying human rights should not be compromised in the process.
