Today, The Social Network discusses the growing clamour to reduce the age of juveniles from 18 to 16 in the juvenile justice law in the wake of the horrific Delhi gangrape. While there seems to be unanimity among the state governments to do so, experts are of the opinion that this is wrong and would open a Pandora's box.
