Clean-up Marshals to patrol Mumbai
The Mumbai civic authorities are trying really hard to keep the city clean. After introducing fines for people spitting, littering and relieving themselves in public, they are all set to unleash clean up Marshals, who will patrol the city streets in uniform and fine everyone who dirties the city.
