Clear dues or no ATF supply: OMCs to Kingfisher

It has been a new battle of nerves between oil companies and Vijay Mallya run Kingfisher Airlines and round one goes to the oil PSUs. The cash starved airline, which owes Rs 1000 crore to OMCs was forced to make partial payment of their dues on Thursday after they were given a 24 hour deadline. NDTV has learnt that Kingfisher owes oil marketing companies nearly Rs 1000 crore, as they have defaulted on payments of dues as well as installments.
