Climbdown on Lavasa?
The Chairman of the Union Environment Ministry team said Lavasa has not caused any large-scale damage to the forests. Nor is there any concern of Pune city getting less water because of 12,000 acre hill city project. Is this a climb down by the ministry that stopped in construction on the project in November.
