"Clinical Symptoms Disappeared In A Day": Top Doctor On Covid Antibody Cocktail
A single dose of monoclonal antibody cocktail, that former US President Donald Trump was administered, is the latest treatment option available for Covid patients in the high-risk category. NDTV's Uma Sudhir chats with Dr Nageshwar Reddy of the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology that has given the shot to 40 patients already and is carrying out one of the largest studies on this therapy. Mr Reddy tells NDTV that the cocktail prevents mild cases from becoming severe and added that clinical symptoms disappeared in "24 hours" after it was administered.
