Cold Snap Forces People To Seek Shelter In National Capital

People take refuge at a night shelter as temperature dipped in National Capital on December 17. The Shelter Homes provide all the basic requirements to the people including warm quilts to counter the cold temperature. The continuous drop in temperature and deteriorating Air Quality Index have made the situation adverse for the residents.
