Cold Wave Sweeps Through Delhi, Leaves Homeless Struggling In Open
Delhi's intense cold wave is now the longest cold spell in a decade as per the Met department with five straight days of very low temperatures the most after 2013. This has affected the homeless badly despite government efforts at providing shelter.
