College student killed for scoring goal in match
A student of a private college was allegedly beaten to death during a football match by three foreign students of the same varsity at the Chaheru village in the outskirts of the city, police said today. All three students have been arrested. Johny (20), a native of Mizoram, was allegedly beaten up by three members of the rival team after he scored a goal against them on Tuesday night, the police said.
