"Collegium To Some Extent Not Transparent, Centre Equally Opaque": Justice Madan Lokur
"Comments made by him (law minister) were totally uncalled for. It is the government that is creating all the troubles. When the SC says fill up a vacancy, the government does nothing. As far as collegium, to some extent, yes, it is not as transparent. Government is also equally opaque. There has to be a change across the board," says Justice Madan Lokur, former Supreme Court judge on the judges' appointments controversy.
