"Composite View Important": Centre Seeks States' Views On Gay Marriages
As the Supreme Court hears petitions seeking legal sanction for same sex marriages, the centre has written to the states, seeking their views on the matter. The centre had earlier urged the Supreme Court to make all states party to the proceedings on petitions seeking the right to marry for same sex couple.
