Concerns over ambiguous Right To Education?
A paragraph in the Right To Education Act that has activists fighting for the rights of special needs students is up in arms. The act in its current form says students with special needs can be home schooled - this is something activists oppose, as world over such students go to regular schools, which has been proven to be much more beneficial.
