Concur Tech invests $40 million in Cleartrip for a minority stake
US based online travel and expense management company Concur Technologies has picked up a minority stake in Cleartrip for $40 million to expand into India's booming travel market. With a seat on Cleartrip's board, Concur is eyeing to leverage the Indian domestic travel content, including air, hotels and rail, available through Cleartrip to support its expense management business.
