'Confident We'll Wipe Out Corruption in 5 Years', Says Chief Minister Kejriwal

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal addresses crowd at Ramlila Maidan after taking oath. Here are the highlights:

• I knew the people of Delhi loved us but did not know they loved us this much to give us 67 of the 70 seats.
• This is a miracle. God is trying to tell us something.
• We're just mediums.
• We must guard against being arrogance. We will not be able to fulfill our mission if we are arrogant.
• For 5 years, I will be in Delhi and serve the people of Delhi.
• Some doctors said people with topis came to their hospital and did 'gundagardi', I don't expect our workers to do this.
• I want to tell the police if someone in a topi is breaking the law, he should be brought to justice no matter which party he belongs to.
• Last time we had romanticism and passion to remove corruption. But after running the government for 49 days, we have the confidence that we can make Delhi corruption-free.
• We will make Delhi the first corruption-free state in India.
• I will repeat what I said on December 28 - if someone asks you for a bribe, don't refuse. Take your mobile phones out and record it. We will act upon it.
