Cong women members hardly turn up for work
High on Congress' achievement list when they celebrate their anniversary on Thursday, is the Women's Reservation Bill but the women's wing in the Congress has little to celebrate. They are in the mist of a major battle with absenteeism. Women who are too busy with domestic compulsions to show up for work.
