Another day, another report of implosion in the Congress party. Many of the party's popular faces seem to be upset this time around, starting with former Haryana chief minister Bhupender Singh Hooda, who can be seen in a video allegedly asking where is the party. This video is being shared by people close to Haryana Chief Minister ML Khattar. Another senior Haryana Congress face Ashok Tanwar accuses his own party of taking money for seats and also wants Sonia Gandhi to take back all his responsibilities. In Maharashtra, Sanjay Nirupam is miffed that his choice of candidate was rejected. He says if the party does not value him, then he may think of leaving the party. Juxtapose this with the BJP that has removed many sitting MLAs, even ministers on grounds of incompetence and a resurgent Shiv Sena under the young leadership of Aaditya Thackeray. So where does this all leave the Congress party just ahead of elections?
