The Congress is confused, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said today, calling the opposition party's decision to boycott the midnight launch of Goods and Services Tax (GST) "irresponsible." Responding to Rahul Gandhi tweet saying this is a GST tamasha, he said, this is the "immature leadership of Congress for their political convenience...", adding that Manmohan Singh and P Chidambaram would not make these comments.
