Congress' Gamechanger: Minimum Income Guarantee
A few days before the presentation of the Union Budget 2019, Rahul Gandhi came out with the promise of minimum income guarantee for the poor. Speaking at a rally in Chhattisgarh, he said that it is a historic step which no other government has taken before. He added that it was a step to eradicate hunger and poverty. The BJP issued a rebuttal saying that Congress has removed 'Garib' but not 'Garibi'. How will this move help the party for the upcoming polls?
