Speaking about his two takeaways from the Budget, Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi said: "Unfortunately, the top two takeaways would be negative. One, the only charitable thing I can find about this budget speech is the brevity - it was mercifully short. Secondly, you mention all and sundry, including caste in your speech, but you don't mention unemployment. Urban, rural, below 25 graduates, 30 to 35 years unemployment rates are galloping and shameful.
