Congress MP Abhishek Singhvi On Rajya Sabha Cash Row
Congress MP Abhishek Manu Singhvi reacted to the news of bundle of cash found on the seat allotted to him in Rajya Sabha. Sharing the sequence of his time in the House the previous day Mr Singhvi said, "I am quite astonished to hear about it about 5 minutes ago. I never heard of it."
"Of course there must be an inquiry as to how people can come and put anything anywhere in any seat. It means that each of us must have a seat where the seat itself can be locked and the key can be carried home by the MP because everybody can then do things on the seat and make allegations about this", he added.
