Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah tells NDTV that both the BJP and the PDP are equally to be blamed for the deteriorating situation in the state. He ruled out any alliance between Congress-PDP and his National Conference saying that his earlier offer was to keep the BJP out and said, "If Mufti Sayeed had accepted our hand of friendship at that time which was completely unconditional, which didn't involve the National Conference participating in government, I don't think things in the state would have reached the point where they have today."
