Congress' New Headquarters: Here's All You Need To Know | The new Congress headquarters is ready in the national capital, Delhi. The modern headquarter is situated at the Kotla Road. This comes 15 years after the foundation stone for new building was laid by former PM Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi. It has been designed by architect Hafeez Contractor and was executed by Larson & Toubro (L&T). The six-storey building will be inaugurated by Sonia Gandhi, where she will be accompanied by Congress president and Rajya Sabha leader of the opposition, Mallikarjun Kharge and Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi.
