It's election time in Karnataka, which means time to hand out freebies to voters.Just like in Tamil Nadu, the congress manifesto also promises food grains at Rs two a kilo and a colour TV for families below the poverty line.Also, Rs 50,000 crore for additional infrastructure in Bangalore.
