Congress's Biggest Failure Is Not Being Able To Stitch Up Alliances: Sheshadri Chari

Political analyst Seshadri Chari says that every general election is a test of democracy, adding that the biggest failure of the Congress was not just its inability to communicate their message to the masses, and point out factors that would have harmed the BJP, but also their failure to stitch up alliances. With the exception of the DMK, he says, the Congress didn't do much to form pre-poll alliances.
