Congress, SP differ over seat sharing

Pre-poll talks between the Congress and its newest ally Samajwadi party have hit a rough patch. Differences continue over several seats, and the SP has rejected the Congress party's proposal for a friendly fight in 10 percent of the seats, including Rampur and Pratapgarh, which were won by the Samajwadi Party last time.
