A controversy has erupted over the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA), which has been carrying out the demolition of illegal structures for the last few weeks to protect the lakes in and around the city. Some people have challenged its legality in court, claiming it's an illegal entity.
