Cops say sorry for beating up 5-yr-old
A five-year-old girl was beaten up by the police in Etawah district of Uttar Pradesh just because she allegedly stole Rs 280. The girl named Komal was brought to the police station by locals who accused her of stealing the money. The SHO and Sub-Inspectors decided to teach her a lesson and beat her black and blue. Now, the policemen have apologised to the child after the UP police chief directed the Etawah SP to personally apologise to the child.
