As States Struggle With Global Vaccine Tenders, Doctors Demand United Fight

US pharmaceutical giants Pfizer and Moderna won't sell vaccines directly to Delhi, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said. This comes after the Punjab government said Moderna and Pfizer had declined its request for sending vaccines directly to the state. Many states say they have not floated global tenders. Doctors, however, demand a course correction, saying the centre and states need to come together to ensure vaccine supply.
