Corporate reservation for women
It will now be little easier for ladies to climb up the corporate ladder as the government is planning to insert a clause in the new Companies Bill that will reserve at least one seat for women in the boards of corporates. The new bill says that any company which has five or more directors shall have at least one woman on the board.
