Corporates may sponsor Durga Puja frenzy
For the first time, a US backed company has bought advertising rights for one of the most prominent pujas in Kolkata, marking the entry of corporate Puja. Durga Puja may be two months away, but the bid for advertising space has already begun. Badamtalla Ashar Sangha, a top Puja organiser in Kolkata's Kalighat area, has tied the corporate knot with a US backed company, Manhattan Communications.
