Talking to NDTV, Omar Abdullah, whose National Conference has lost the Kashmir election, delivered a massive news-break, stating that he could consider supporting the People's Democratic Party or PDP. Rivalry between Mr Abdullah's party and the PDP is so fierce that talk of any sort of arrangement, however loose, is a shocker. "It is 99 percent no," Mr Abdullah said in this interview.
