73-year-old British Sikh Rajinder Singh is a fitness enthusiast who is raising money for the frontline warriors fighting the COVID-19 crisis. The "Skipping Sikh" told NDTV that that people must find ways to exercise in this lockdown and must also exercise for charity. Based in London, Mr Singh has been posting videos daily of him skipping, running and weight-lifting. His aim is to inspire people of all ages to continue exercising. He says it can be done in your home or garden and uses simple items like tyre, water cans and milk bottles as weights to exercise.
