COVID-19 Has Exposed The Digital Divide: Ashish Dhawan, Ashoka University
Ashish Dhawan Chairman, Board of Trustees, Ashoka University said during the #RebuildingLives telethon that the digital divide in the country is high for most low-income families including the migrants. COVID-19 has made learning more difficult. The state governments are now responding to it, not just by mobile apps but also with TV, radio and by sending the learners physical material too, he said.
