Dr Amit Sen, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and Director and Co-Founder of Children First, a Delhi based child and adolescent mental health service says that the COVID-19 pandemic has disturbed the natural rhythm of children. From sleeping pattern to appetite to physical activities, all are off track due to the pandemic induced restrictions. Along with this, the fear of the disease, death and devastation brought upon by the second wave of the pandemic has also affected the children.
