Delhi Health Minister Satyender Jain, who said the COVID-19 pandemic is nearing the endemic phase in the national capital, explains why he said that even as Delhi is seeing a spike in COVID-19 cases. Mr Jain said the positivity rate in Delhi has been less than 1 per cent for over a month, but people should continue to be cautious and stick to wearing mask.
