Maintaining the coronavirus safety guidelines has emerged as a challenge during the first phase of voting in the Bihar assembly election. Alok Pandey reports from outside a polling station in Rohtas district were plastic gloves were scattered all over the polling booth compound and were not being disposed in dustbins by voters.
