COVID Made People Vulnerable To Mental Health Issues: Dr Anjali Chhabria
Dr Anjali Chhabria, Psychiatrist & Psychotherapist at the 12-hour #SwasthyaMantra telethon said that in the last six months, people have been taking care of their physical health but going forward we also need to take care of our mental health. She said that COVID-19 has made people vulnerable to mental health issues. Dr Chhabria added that the stigma attached to mental health problems is the biggest need of the hour.
