Puducherry Implements Mandatory Vaccination
Puducherry has become the first among states and Union Territories to enforce mandatory vaccination. Only around 50 per cent of the eligible population has taken both doses in the Union Territory. Health officials have launched a door-to-door screening to administer vaccine to the unvaccinated or partially vaccinated. NDTV's J Sam Daniel spoke to Puducherry's Public Health Director and his team of doctors.
